Burning River 100 Early Application Deadline Approaching

Hello all,
The Inaugural Burning River 100 Mile Endurance Run in Northeast Ohio, which
journeys through the Cleveland Metroparks, the Cuyahoga Valley National Park
and the Metro Parks serving Summit County, and is being held on August 4-5,
2007, now has 32 entrants (as of December 26). (See the list of entrants at
http://www.burningriver100.org/pages/entrants.html.)Early registration (at the discounted fee of $125) will end shortly. To
qualify for the lower rate, online applications must be received though
Active.com by 12/31. Printed applications must be postmarked by 12/31. On
January 1 the entry fee will go up to $150. (On June 1 the fee will jump to
$190.)
For those residing in or coming to Northeast Ohio anytime before the race,
regular training runs are held on the course every Saturday. Information
on the Memorial Day Training Weekend that will allow runners of all speeds
to run the entire course over three days will be posted shortly.
