Coastal Challenge results

Coastal Challenge results Hi all! It's a bit hard to make out what all went
on from the website but Bev Abbs won the Coastal
Challenge again, expedition category, and
Juan Carlos of Costa Rica won on the men's side.
In the final standings, if I have it right
(Bev correct me if not), Bev was 5th
overall. She and Alan both ran amazing races.
I cracked a rib the first day but managed my
way to the finish line of the expedition run.
Made the final cutoff on day two by only 3 minutes,
talk about pressure! Day 4 had some surprises,
including swimming, rock climbing and rapeling.
