Vermont 100 news!

Hi folks! just a few tidbits about the upcoming Vermont 100, our 19th
annual, scheduled for July 20-21.

We have a tech shirt for the runners again, in a great red with Vermont
100 in bold and with unique and fun graphics, including memory lane
items like Margaritaville and Camp Ten Bear - it’s a creative design and
whimsical.

The pledge program is alive, just go to our website, www.vermont100.com.
If you raise $400 in pledges for VASS, you get your entry fee back.

The course is being remeasured this year, there will be new mile
signage, some of the aid stations are changing around, the unmanned aid
stations will be liquid only so we can provide better quality and
quantity of food at the manned stations without so much running around,
and we are finding some new trail to replace some of the road
connections. Keep posted to the website as we get nearer to the event
for updates on all of this. Just know that there will be some changes,
for the better!, and check them out before race day.

I will not be at Vermont this year - more on why later. If you want to
communicate with me, please get in touch before May 24. Thanks for
supporting VASS!!!!! Happy trails, Vermont Dot
