Ultimate Canuck 92.2km (Staged event)

This 92.2km is staged over two days at Camp Heidelberg in
Waterloo,Ont,Canada, on June 30th & July 1st,during the great Canada Day
Weekend. For those families with kids, there is also a free run of 2.5km for
the younger and future ultra generation on Saturday evening, June 30.
Complimentary snacks will also be available.

Incentives for registered participants in the Ultimate Canuck :

– 48 potential category prizes.

- Time limits increased (42.2km 8 hour & 50km 9 hours).

- Ultimate Canuck T-shirt to all participants.

- The names of all 100 participants will appear on the back of
every T-shirts.

- Finishers will receive the Canadian Maple Leaf insignia
Medallion.

- Free camping for all registered Ultimate Canuck participants. (up
to 4 man tent)

- Certificate of completion.

- All participants will be eligible for a grand prize draw valued
at $1,000.

- Participants meals: Free Breakfast (both days, 6:15am – 7:15 am):
toast, bagels, juice, coffee.

- Free supper each day.

- Massage both days.

- Charity receipt to all registered participants from Optimist
International.

- Mr. Lube will be ready to feed us all with their famous BBQ,
desserts, aid station supplies.

- Camp Quality team will be ready for the lap count.

- Radio station 1090 oldies on Saturday & the tropical sounds of traces
live steel band on Sunday.

- Waterloo’s 150th Birthday fire works at Columbia Lake. (just 7km from
the camp)

– But most importantly : “Lifting The Spirits of Children With
Cancer”.

Nichols will also be hosting a 92.2km Ultimate Canuck, 50km, and 25km event
