1st Annual Pittsfield Peaks Ultra Challenge
Summit 6 Vermont Peaks
Solo or Relay
Special “DEATH DIVISION”

Saturday, June 9, 2007
6AM Start From Riverside Farm =96 Pittsfield, VT

Pittsfield Peaks Elevations
Wilcox – 2840 feet
Carmel – 3365 feet
Hedgehog Knoll – 2025 feet
Darning Needle – 2885 feet
South Mt – 2065 feet
Joe’s Hill – 1820 feet

Course will take you on Country Roads, Snowmobile Trails, Single Track
Trails and bushwacking. Each summit will be marked from the bridge to
the summit. 12,000 feet of elevation change over 50 miles of rugged
terrain.

Rules:
Runners will summit six peaks in a designated order. solo runners will
return with a item to prove they reached the summit. Death division
will take a item and drop it off with the volunteers at the top of
each peak.

Prize:
$2,000 for the top male and top female.
$200 will also be stashed en route to the top of each mountain.

Awards:
Unique finishers awards.

Gear:
Carry your own food and water. Minimal aid on top of each peak. Full
aid station at the start/finish area.

Cost:
Solo – $100
Relay – $200
High School Students – $10
