I’ve been running ultras for the past 8 years marathons for the last 20. Like everyone I’ve had good runs and some not so good runs. However, my last 3 ultras and 3 marathons have been terrible. I am 53 years old, I go to yoga, do alot of core training and run regularly. I also have asthma. It seems my body just will not process any more electrolytes, inhaler, gels etc. after about 4hours. Is this just something I must accept or do you have any advise for me.

  4. Judy,
