This time of year it can be either too hot or too cold to train outside.  Perhaps a treadmill is the answer.  I have seen treadmills that look to cheap and look as though they will break down within tweve months. There are also treadmills that look as though you need to get down on two knees and beg to your local bank manager for a loan.
