Frankston to Portsea

The Percy Cerutty Frankston to Portsea race of 55 km held on 6 April produced a race record and a record turnout. Antony Rickards blitzed the course in 3:30:49 taking 12 minutes off the previous course record which has stood since 1990. There were 45 starters and 35 finishers. It is pleasing to see that this classic event, the longest running ultra in Australia, is enjoying a resurgence in mumbers. Major placings were
