Ultra marathon World and Australian record holder Deborah De Williams is at it again! This time Deborah, along with her constant companion her Border Collie Maggie, aims to become the 1st female to run around Australia! Deborah is using her feet again to support charity and Running Pink is proud to be supporting the National Breast Cancer Foundation.
Running Pink: The Deborah De Williams, World Record Run Around Australia – Running for a Cure is an epic journey starting on the 25th October 2008 in Hobart. During the enduring 365 days on the road, Deborah will be visiting over 300 communities, talking at over 250 schools & service groups and running on average 55 kilometres per day, everyday, with NO DAYS OFF to complete the world record run of over 20,000 kilometres before returning to Hobart on the 24th October 2009.

A pink caravan convoy supplied by Regent Caravans will follow Deborah and Maggie around Australia. If you see our vehicles on the side of a highway somewhere out there or in your community do come and say hello. We just love to chat and Maggie loves to greet people.

Running Pinks main aim is to raise over $300,000 for the National Breast Cancer Foundation. To achieve this goal Running Pink is selling commemoration run wristbands.
